1. The “Win a Year Supply of Nericon Wine” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organised by Dee Vine Estate Australia (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
4. A participating store is any store in NSW, SA, QLD, TAS, WA and VIC that displays material for this promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Store”).
5. Entry is only open to NSW, SA, QLD, TAS, WA, ACT and VIC residents aged 18 years or over.
6. The Promotion period begins on July 31st, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and ends on October 31st, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
7. To enter the Promotion via Facebook or Instagram, participants must upload a selfie of themselves to their personal Facebook or Instagram accounts, tagging @deevineestate and using the following hashtags: #siponnericon #nericon #deevine and these entries must remain live on the entrant’s social media accounts until the competition has been closed and the winner notified. The posts that have been accepted will appear on the www.win.deevineestate.com website and will be reposted as stories, or posts as the promoter sees fit. The Promoter will consider entries that adhere to these requirements as valid entries for the Promotion.
8. Alternatively, participants can enter the Promotion by uploading proof of purchase of Nericon Wine purchased between July 31st, 2023, and October 31st, 2023, during the promotional period. The proof of purchase submission should clearly show the purchase on the receipt, including the receipt ID.
9. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of bottles from the Dee Vine Nericon 750ml range purchased (2); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of five (5) entries per person per day is permitted. Entrants can participate when purchasing from bottle shops or ‘on premise’ when purchasing a bottle of Nericon from pubs, clubs and restaurants.
10. There are ten (10) prizes to be won in the Promotion. Four (4) winners for the Facebook entry mechanism; three (3) winners for the Instagram entry mechanism, three (3) winners for the Proof of Purchase entry mechanism.
11. Participants entering the Promotion via social media or proof of purchase submission must ensure that their entries comply with the guidelines and terms of use of the respective

13. The Prize is one dozen bottles of Nericon Wine, by Dee Vine Estate sent to the winners nominated delivery address each quarter (every 4 months) for 12 months; total 12 bottles of wine per delivery (48 bottles of wine in total). The wine will be selected by Dee Vine Estate, from the Nericon range.
14. The individual prize value is $908.00 and total prize pool is $9080.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. The first dozen will be dispatched on Friday, November 10th, 2023. If an unclaimed prize draw is required the first dozen of wine will be dispatched on Friday, November 17th June 2023.
16. Participants must provide accurate information to enter the Promotion. In the event that a participant is selected as a winner, they will be required to provide proof of age (18 years or older) and verify their identity to claim the prize
17. The winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected on November 6th, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time) at Candid Marketing offices, Shop 5, 4-8 Sanders Street Griffith NSW 2680 using an Australian Government approved random prize draw software. The winners will be notified on the same day of the drawing, and the Promoter will contact them through their social media accounts or email addresses based on the method of entry. Each winner will be contacted separately, winners will be announced on the Dee Vine Estate Facebook page by 5:00pm on the same day of the draw.
18. By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be collected and used by Dee Vine Estate and its marketing agency for promotional purposes related to the Promotion only, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
19. Participants who enter the Promotion using social media platforms grant Dee Vine Estate and its marketing agency Candid Marketing the right to use the imagery supplied for promotional and campaign purposes related to the Promotion. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
22. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including the selection of winners, is final and binding.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
27. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.deevineestate.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
28. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
